The Preamble

The Indian National Flag is a representation of the entire country's pride in itself. The programme of "Har Ghar Tiranga" has been approved by the hon’ble home minister, who is in charge of all initiatives under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, in order to further honour our flag. It aims to motivate Indians all around the world to raise the flag at their residences by using Har Ghar Tiranga poster. We've always had a more official, institutionalised relationship with the flag than a personal one. Bringing the flag home as a nation in the 75th year of independence becomes symbolic of both our dedication to nation-building and our act of personal connection to the Tiranga. A Conceptual Idea about Har Ghar Tiranga Programme

The national Capital will begin to be painted in the national flag's colours on July 22 to commemorate the country's 75th anniversary of independence. All municipal schools and hospitals, as well as major thoroughfares, marketplaces, flyovers, and roundabouts, will be painted in the colours of the flag. The Tricolor must be worn by all personnel of municipal organisations on their shoulder and chest. Vinai Kumar Saxena, the lieutenant governor of Delhi, gave instructions for the "Har Ganga Tiranga" campaign on Wednesday. It will begin on July 22.

Har Ghar Tiranga- A Festival of India

Along with the L-office, G's the Delhi Government also has plans to host a two-week long cultural festival this year from August 1 to 15 around the national Capital. There will be a large-scale celebration planned with concerts and smaller events spread throughout the city. In addition to the celebrations, the Delhi Government has planned for Tricolors to be flown atop commercial and residential structures in the city to mark the momentous occasion. The 75th anniversary of India's Independence is also being prepared for. According to a statement from the L-office, G's "all employees of urban local bodies (ULB) will have the Tricolor pinned on their lapels," along with "prominent roadways in the city, marketplaces, flyovers, roundabouts, schools, and hospitals of municipal agencies." The instructions follow a meeting that all of the governors, lieutenants governors, chief ministers, and administrators of union territories attended on Sunday and which was presided over by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Between August 13 and August 15, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) will designate notable roads like Sardar Patel Marg and Shanti Path, as well as significant market areas, to be decorated with the Tricolor to give the entire city a festive appearance. A comparable effort will be conducted in the marketplaces that the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) owns and controls. The national flag will be flown at a prominent location in municipal schools and hospitals from August 13 through 15, and the flyovers in the NDMC area will be illuminated in the colours of the flag during this time.

According to the announcement, ULBs will use various methods, including floral boards, flags, and illumination in the colours of the national flag, to identify significant roundabouts in their area for the exhibition of the Tricolor. Apart from the MCD, NDMC, DDA, and Delhi Police, all of the Delhi Government's ministries have been asked by Saxena to work together to ensure the broadest possible public support for the "Har Ghar Tiranga" programme. A special IEC campaign aimed at raising public awareness is set to begin on July 22. Additionally, from August 11 to August 14, school students will do "Prabhat Pheris," or early morning rounds, in order to assure this. With effect from July 22, Saxena has also issued directives requiring that the National Flag be displayed on the homepage of all websites belonging to various Government ministries and companies. Govt to organize conclave on mines, minerals, Amit Shah to be chief guest

Jul 09, 2022 12:26 IST New Delhi , July 9 (AF): The Ministry of Mines will organize the 6th edition of the National Conclave on Mines and Minerals as part of the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav week celebrations on July 12, 2022, a Ministry of Mines statement said on Saturday. Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be the chief guest of the conclave to be organized at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi. Union Minister of Mines, Coal, and Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi will inaugurate the one-day conclave. Some of the highlights of the conclave include the conferring of the national-level award Rashtriya Khanij Vikas Puraskar to the best performing States in the field of mining, the launch of three modules of Mining Tenement System (MTS), awards for 5-Star rated mines for the year 2020-21 and National Geo Science Awards-2019. A technical session by National Mineral Exploration Trust (NMET) and a session on automation in mining will be held as part of the inaugural session of the conclave, where chief executives of various mining companies shall brainstorm on important issues pertaining to India's mining sector. The award ceremony will include presenting new mine blocks to State governments and the Ministry of Coal and providing incentives to State governments for successful auction and identification of blocks. Districts that are performing well under District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMF) will be showcasing their achievements during the conclave. A digital kiosk showcasing an exhibition on the development of exploration and mining during the last 75 years will be on display during the conclave, and a life-size digital booklet depicting reforms undertaken in the mining sector will be yet another attraction at the conclave. India enters Guinness Book for waving over 78,000 national flags

India created history and marked its name in the Guinness Book of World records by waving the maximum number of the National Flag simultaneously on April 23. Union Home Minister Amit Shah was present during the historical event.

On April 23, India entered the Guinness Book of World Records by waving 78,220 flags simultaneously at 'Veer Kunwar Singh Vijayotsav' programme at Bhojpur, Bihar, said the Ministry of Culture. The attempt was witnessed by representatives of the Guinness Book of World Records and attendees were asked to wear bands for the physical identification.

"The most people waving flags was achieved by Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Culture, Government of India (India), to celebrate Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' at Jagdishpur, Bhojpur, Bihar, India on April 23, 2022," reads Guinness World Records certificate.

As many as 78,220 people simultaneously waved the national flag in Bihar's Bhojpur district at Dalaur ground on Saturday in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah thereby setting a new record and creating history.

The Preamble

The Indian National Flag is a representation of the entire country's pride in itself. The programme of "Har Ghar Tiranga" has been approved by the hon’ble home minister, who is in charge of all initiatives under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, in order to further honour our flag. It aims to motivate Indians all around the world to raise the flag at their residences by using Har Ghar Tiranga poster. We've always had a more official, institutionalised relationship with the flag than a personal one. Bringing the flag home as a nation in the 75th year of independence becomes symbolic of both our dedication to nation-building and our act of personal connection to the Tiranga. A Conceptual Idea about Har Ghar Tiranga Programme

The national Capital will begin to be painted in the national flag's colours on July 22 to commemorate the country's 75th anniversary of independence. All municipal schools and hospitals, as well as major thoroughfares, marketplaces, flyovers, and roundabouts, will be painted in the colours of the flag. The Tricolor must be worn by all personnel of municipal organisations on their shoulder and chest. Vinai Kumar Saxena, the lieutenant governor of Delhi, gave instructions for the "Har Ganga Tiranga" campaign on Wednesday. It will begin on July 22.

Har Ghar Tiranga- A Festival of India

Along with the L-office, G's the Delhi Government also has plans to host a two-week long cultural festival this year from August 1 to 15 around the national Capital. There will be a large-scale celebration planned with concerts and smaller events spread throughout the city. In addition to the celebrations, the Delhi Government has planned for Tricolors to be flown atop commercial and residential structures in the city to mark the momentous occasion. The 75th anniversary of India's Independence is also being prepared for. According to a statement from the L-office, G's "all employees of urban local bodies (ULB) will have the Tricolor pinned on their lapels," along with "prominent roadways in the city, marketplaces, flyovers, roundabouts, schools, and hospitals of municipal agencies." The instructions follow a meeting that all of the governors, lieutenants governors, chief ministers, and administrators of union territories attended on Sunday and which was presided over by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Between August 13 and August 15, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) will designate notable roads like Sardar Patel Marg and Shanti Path, as well as significant market areas, to be decorated with the Tricolor to give the entire city a festive appearance. A comparable effort will be conducted in the marketplaces that the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) owns and controls. The national flag will be flown at a prominent location in municipal schools and hospitals from August 13 through 15, and the flyovers in the NDMC area will be illuminated in the colours of the flag during this time.

According to the announcement, ULBs will use various methods, including floral boards, flags, and illumination in the colours of the national flag, to identify significant roundabouts in their area for the exhibition of the Tricolor. Apart from the MCD, NDMC, DDA, and Delhi Police, all of the Delhi Government's ministries have been asked by Saxena to work together to ensure the broadest possible public support for the "Har Ghar Tiranga" programme. A special IEC campaign aimed at raising public awareness is set to begin on July 22. Additionally, from August 11 to August 14, school students will do "Prabhat Pheris," or early morning rounds, in order to assure this. With effect from July 22, Saxena has also issued directives requiring that the National Flag be displayed on the homepage of all websites belonging to various Government ministries and companies. India is developing fastest growth economy in FY22; Amit Shah at Ficci event

Union Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation Amit Shah said on Friday that India is likely to developing the fastest-growing economy in the world in the current financial year.

"We are reaching the pre-COVID levels. July to September GDP number has been at 8.4 per cent and I think in the year 2021-22, India is likely to  developing the fastest-growing economy in the world. I will not be surprised if we touch double-digit growth," Shah said while addressing FICCI's Annual Convention & 94th Annual General Meeting.

Shah said out of the 22 parameters of the economy, India has exceeded in 19 parameters, and this shows that the country has come out strong from the crisis. "Both manufacturing and service sector index has reached the pre-COVID levels. With the announcements of various packages and relief, our inflation is within the targeted range of 4-6 per cent as set by the government," he added.

Highlighting the potential of the MSME sector, Shah said that till the time "we encourage and strengthen this sector we cannot address the issue of unemployment in the county". He also emphasized on the need of spending more in the R & D sector.

The Home Minister pointed out that FICCI's Annual General Meeting was happening at an important juncture as on the one hand, the world is slowly coming out of COVID and on the other hand, India is celebrating Azadi ka Amrti Mahostav. The time has come for FICCI to come forward and increase its role in India's growth along with exploring new areas of opportunities, he noted.

He further emphasised on the need for FICCI to identify, collaborate and prepare a roadmap of potential sectors for next 25 years when India will celebrate its 100 years of Independence. The vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat can be achieved when organisations like FICCI come forward and work with the government on various policies and prepare a roadmap on boosting the Indian economy in the next 25 years, he added.

Uday Shankar, President, FICCI said that the all-round development initiatives of the government are transforming India and each step is bringing us closer to AtmaNirbhar Bharat. "Harnessing technology for greater transparency, improved competitiveness, and enhanced efficiency have been the hallmark of multiple reforms we have seen over the last seven years," he added.

Sanjiv Mehta, President-Elect, FICCI said that this epidemic has accelerated the nation's digital journey and provided the much-needed impetus. "We should protect privacy but we should free data as a national asset," he added.
